Edy Tuhirman, President Director, Chief Executive Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in financial industry, Edy Tuhirman joins Generali Indonesia as Chief Executive Officer. He has dedicated more than 10 years of his career in pioneering and developing bancassurance business in Indonesia, as well as spearheading bancassurance business in one of prominent banks in Indonesia.

Edy holds an MBA in General Management from the Indonesian Institute for Management Development (IPMI), Jakarta; Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering; and a CPM (Certified Professional Marketer) from the Asia Pacific Marketing Federation and FLMI “With Distinction”.

 

Petrus Tatipatta, Chief of Operations Officer

Petrus Tatipatta is a seasoned insurance expert with over nineteen years of experience in Life Insurance Operations - including individual, unit link, bancassurance and Employee Benefit/Group Operations at several leading insurance companies.

Petrus gained Master’s Degree from Pelita Harapan University, Jakarta; ALMI, ACS, and ARA from the Life Office Management Association, Atlanta (USA); and AAAI-J from Asosiasi Management Asuransi Indonesia, Jakarta.

 

Maria Elvida Rita Dewi, Chief of Business Development

With over seventeen years of actuarial experience in several companies prior joining Generali Indonesia, Maria Elvida Rita Dewi is an important member of the Company. Throughout her career, she directed and supported the activities within the actuarial function.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematic from University of Indonesia; She is a member of FSAI (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia); AAAI-J from Asosiasi Management Asuransi Indonesia, Jakarta and CPLHI from Life Office Management Association, Atlanta (USA).

 

Alessandro Martirani, Chief Financial Officer

Alessandro Martirani has over 20 years’ experience in finance, accounting and internal control prior joining Generali Indonesia. He spent eight years of his professional life in tobacco industry, developing the internal control, reporting and budgeting at several prominent companies in various regions such as Thailand and Hong Kong.

Martirani holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Naples University, Italy.

 

Wianto Chen, Chief of Agency

Wianto joined Generali Indonesia as Sales Director in May 2011. He brought with him more than 20 years of varied experiences in sales & marketing, having developed productive distribution channel, started a pioneer team of agency managers and built an effective business platform.

Wianto gained Finance & Accounting degree from the University of Nommensen. He is a member of the FPAI, CFP™ from FPSB - Denver, AEPP from EPPL & The Society of Will writers Practitioners, and ILC from SCI Singapore With Distinction.

 

Ibnu Hasyim, Chief of Actuary

Prior to joining Generali Indonesia, Ibnu has gained more than 11 years of consistent experience in the field of actuarial. He also obtained experience as an actuarial consultant in several international consultancies.

He graduated from University of Indonesia, majoring in Actuarial. Furthermore, he actively participates in trainings for Accounting Standard and Life Insurance Reporting both locally and abroad, also a member of FSAI (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia)

 

Rommy Rukyanto, Chief of Information Technology

As the Chief of Generali Indonesia’s IT, Rommy Rukyanto has eighteen years of experience in the subject matter prior to joining the Company. His past experience includes leading and managing the development and implementation of Direct Marketing system and implementing Agency e-services system, the Helpdesk system, and Customer e-services system.

Rommy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from Bina Nusantara University; an MCP Degree from Microsoft; a CPLHI from Life office Management Association, Atlanta (USA); and AAAI-J from Asosiasi Management Asuransi Indonesia, Jakarta.

 

Marihot Asi Pasaribu, Head of Partnership & Distribution

Prior to joining Generali Indonesia, Marihot has more than 22 years of experience in banking and insurance industry, particularly in sales and marketing field. His credentials include bancassurance business development and product development in several bank and insurance companies.

He graduated from Central Queensland University, Australia, majoring in Business (Marketing Management). He also took several professional courses such as; Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI), Associate Customer Service (ACS), and Associate Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA) from LOMA, USA, and also Associate Financial Planner (AFP) from FP School of Finance, Singapore.
