Jutany has been with Generali Indonesia since September 2016 and is currently responsible for leading the agency distribution channel. With 30 years of experience in various leadership roles within the life insurance industry, she has worked at several multinational life insurance companies, covering areas such as sales, marketing, product development, operations, and IT. 

Throughout her career, Jutany has been involved in numerous operational initiatives, including setting up new operations, leading major acquisitions and joint ventures, improving business processes, reengineering operational functions, and managing fraud detection projects in insurance claims. At Generali Indonesia, she actively leads various digital transformation projects aimed at creating seamless digital journeys for both customers and agents. With her strong expertise, Jutany oversees the company’s end-to-end operational activities, including underwriting, policy issuance and administration, claims management, and customer care. 

She also actively participates in various training programs and workshops—both domestically and internationally—covering operations, sales, leadership, risk management, people development, and technical skills. Jutany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Nommensen University and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Pelita Harapan University. 

Arry brings over 26 years of experience in Indonesian legal practice, with broad expertise in commercial law, corporate legal affairs, litigation processes, and disputes resolution. Over the course of his career, he has led Corporate Affairs, Legal, and Compliance functions, and served as Country General Counsel for several leading insurance and multinational retail companies. 

He has actively contributed to cross-industry working groups and associations, collaborating with regulators in the development of key legal and regulatory frameworks, including the Competition Law, Trade Law, and Consumer Protection Law. A prominent figure in the insurance industry, Arry currently serves as a member of the Agency Inclusion Working Group and the Legal Working Group at the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI), and holds the position of Secretary and Head of Legal, Compliance, and Inter-Institutional Affairs at the Indonesian Sharia Insurance Association (AASI). 

Arry is also a frequent speaker at various forums, addressing topics such as legal, human resources, motivation, consumer protection, and financial literacy programs. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree in Civil Law from Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) and a Master of Laws in Economic Law from Universitas Indonesia (UI). Certified as an Advocate since 2000, he is an active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA). He also leads the team to ensure the growth of the sharia business line, and has been certified as a Sharia Insurance Expert at the Assistant Expert Level from the Islamic Insurance Society (IIS).

Nyean Soon Chin has served as Director and Chief Financial Officer at Generali Indonesia since 2024. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Generali Vietnam. With over 22 years of professional experience, Soon brings deep expertise in actuarial science and financial leadership, having held key roles in both life and general insurance companies across the Asia-Pacific region. 

He holds a double degree in Applied Finance and Actuarial Studies from Macquarie University, Australia. He is also a Certified Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (FIAA), recognized as a qualified professional actuary. 

Amit brings over 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry, having started his career in sales and progressively advanced to leading various distribution channels—including agency and partnership distribution—across several globally renowned insurance companies. Since January 2025, he has served as Director at Generali Indonesia, where he currently leads the partnership distribution channel, overseeing both bank and non-bank partners. 

Prior to joining Generali Indonesia, Amit held the position of Head of Partnership Distribution & Bancassurance and previously served as Senior Vice President of Agency Sales at Future Generali India Life Insurance Co. Ltd. 

Born and raised in India, Amit holds a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Holkar Science College, Devi Ahilya University. Committed to continuous learning, he actively participates in global trainings and seminars covering areas such as risk management, artificial intelligence, media development, strategic thinking, and more. 

Rebecca Tan has built a 30-year career across leading global financial institutions. Most recently serving as CEO of Generali Life Insurance in Malaysia, she successfully drove sustainable business growth through multiple distribution channels. Rebecca also served as Director and a member of the Management Committee of the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM), where she actively collaborated with various stakeholders to advance the life insurance industry and address its evolving challenges. 

Born and raised in Malaysia, Rebecca holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hull, UK. She has also completed numerous trainings and certifications in areas such as risk management, corporate governance, and leadership. Throughout her career, Rebecca has consistently prioritized customer-centric strategies, and she is now committed to positioning Generali Indonesia as a lifetime partner for all its customers.
