RIZQIA

The following may nullify the Basic Insurance benefits for the risk of Death not due to Accident:

• Pre-existing Condition; or
• Suicide, whether sane or insane, committed by oneself and/or by another person under the instruction of someone with an interest in the insurance; or
• War, including but not limited to invasion, rebellion, revolution, resistance against the government, military coup, participation in riots, strikes, and civil unrest; or
• Intentionally committing unlawful acts or crimes, terrorism, or attempted crimes, whether active or passive, committed by the Policyholder, Participant, or Beneficiary; or Death penalty based on a court decision; or
• Death penalty based on a court decision.

The following may nullify the Basic Insurance benefits for the risk of Death due to Accident:

• Pre-existing Condition; or
• Suicide, whether sane or insane, committed by oneself and/or by another person under the instruction of someone with an interest in the insurance; or
• Misuse and/or any actions related to the use of alcohol, narcotics, anesthetics, prohibited substances, poisons, gas, nuclear radiation, and the like done intentionally, except if the substances are recommended based on a prescription issued by a doctor; or
• Intentionally facing/entering dangers that are not necessary (except when trying to save a life); or
• As a passenger or crew member of an aircraft other than on a scheduled and licensed commercial flight; or
• Engaging in dangerous activities such as parachuting, diving, gliding, car racing, motorboat racing, motorcycle racing, and the like, bungee jumping, white water rafting, contact sports, rock climbing, caving, and other risky sports; or
• War, including but not limited to invasion, rebellion, revolution, resistance against the government, military coup, participation in riots, strikes, and civil unrest; or
• Due to disease, natural causes, treatment, or surgical operations whether directly or indirectly.
