ANTI-FRAUD POLICY OF PT ASURANSI JIWA GENERALI INDONESIA

 

PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia (“Generali Indonesia”) has a strong commitment to carrying out business activities honestly, transparently, and responsibly and has “zero tolerance” for any form of fraud committed by anyone.


Generali Indonesia has developed Anti-Fraud Policy to prevent, detect, and handle all forms of fraud, whether committed by employees, customers, sales force, partners, third-party vendors or other parties pertaining to Generali Indonesia.


The purpose of this Anti-Fraud Policy is to:

  1. Promote and embed an anti-fraud culture across all levels of the Generali Indonesia organization.
  2. Increase awareness and concern for fraud risks in Generali Indonesia's operations.
  3. Act as a reminder to Generali Indonesia employees to always comply with applicable procedures and provisions


Prevention and Detection Measures

Generali Indonesia proactively implements fraud prevention and detection measures, including the following:

  • Ongoing anti-fraud training for employees and marketers
  • The annual declaration of the Anti-Fraud Integrity Pact by all employees
  • Periodic assessments of fraud risk and the adequacy of the fraud risk control system
  • Internal control mechanisms, including well‑established and standardized systems
  • Continuous monitoring of transactions
  • The regular conduct of internal and external audits.


Reporting Suspected Fraud

Generali Indonesia provides an official whistleblowing service/ channel to facilitate the reporting of fraud. Everyone is encouraged to report any fraudulent activity they know or suspect. The reporter's identity is guaranteed confidential, and reports will be followed up professionally and objectively. Any reports made in good faith will be kept confidential, and the reporter will not be subject to any sanctions or discrimination.
