Marulita Irene Yoan joined Generali Indonesia as the Head of Internal Audit Group.

Prior to joining Generali, she served as the Head of Internal Audit at a leading insurance company and brings over 20 years of experience in external auditing at a Big Four accounting firm, internal auditing, financial reporting, and public accounting—particularly in the life insurance and multinational banking industries. 

She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Tias Nimbas Business School, the Netherlands, and holds certifications as a Chartered Accountant and Qualified Chief Risk Officer.

Erika is an actuary with over 20 years of experience and is skilled in data analysis, business process improvement, operational efficiency, and risk management. 

Throughout her career, including at Generali and other leading insurance companies, she has managed actuarial functions with excellence. A graduate of the University of Indonesia, Erika has also completed numerous professional certifications to strengthen her expertise, including: Fellow of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (FSAI – PAI), Ajun Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Jiwa (AAAIJ – AAMAI), Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI – LOMA), Qualified Chief Risk Officer (QCRO – LSP-MKS). 

Netty has led the Corporate Solutions distribution channel since 2021, responsible for overseeing group insurance or employee benefits, including Pension Funds (DPLK). With over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, service, and operations in various insurance sectors (life, health, and general), Netty brings strong capabilities in managing Bancassurance, Agency, and Broker distribution channels. 

As Corporate Solution Group Head, she leads strategic business planning, customer retention, and service management within the corporate segment.

Budi Tanu Elangga joined Generali Indonesia as Chief of Compliance.

He brings over 20 years of experience in compliance and risk management, having worked in multinational companies across the insurance, banking, and investment sectors. 

He holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and various professional certifications, including: CPA (Certified Practicing Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute), CRGP (Certified Risk Governance Professional), QRGP (Qualified Risk Governance Professional). 

Suzwamela has been with Generali Indonesia since 2009 and currently leads the Operations Division, ensuring smooth back-end processes with a strong customer-centric focus. She is also responsible for strategic operational planning for Pension Funds (DPLK) and supports automation, digital transformation, and operational projects within Generali. With more than 17 years of experience in the insurance and banking industries in Indonesia, she was also assigned to the product development division at Generali Italy in Mogliano Veneto.  

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from AALTO University, Finland, and a Master’s in Global Leader Business from SBM ITB. Suzwamela also holds professional certifications, including: Investment Manager Representative (WMI), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP – LSPMR), Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI – LOMA). 

Rully Safari is entrusted to lead Human Capital at Generali Indonesia, contributing to employee performance and productivity. Before joining Generali, he served as Compliance and Human Capital Director at a prominent insurance company in Indonesia. Rully brings over 22 years of experience in Human Resources, having worked across various industries including insurance, global building materials, and telecommunications. 

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, Washington D.C., and is responsible for coordinating HR activities across the life insurance industry, sharing best practices, talent development, and driving employee engagement. 

Nurhuda has been with Generali since 2013 and has held several key positions. Currently, he leads the design and development of insurance products at Generali Indonesia. With 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry, particularly in actuarial fields, he also serves as Generali Indonesia’s Appointed Actuary. 

He once participated in a Short-Term Assignment at the Generali Asia Regional Office (GARO) in Hong Kong for approximately 3 months. Nurhuda actively participates in various industry projects and actuarial associations. He earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health – Management. 

Elia C. Wijaya joined Generali Indonesia as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to support the company’s business objectives. 

She brings strong expertise in Strategic Marketing, Strategic Communication, and Digital Strategy. Prior to joining Generali Indonesia, Elia accumulated over 20 years of marketing experience across various industries, including multinational insurance, banking, and healthcare services. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Seattle University, Washington, USA.
