Maybe i would recommend, but i dont know yet because this is the first time i am using it and not sure about how easy we as customer able to claim our coverage. But so far the transaction has been smooth and i have always get notification even though i am not living in Indonesia currently.

Because the Generally has link directly with the Hospital so the customer didnt need to collect the form and the bill anymore The hospital directly report to the Generally And the customer know how much Generally covered for all the cost
